Logging In to 788wan – What You Need to Know
Getting into your 788wan account is straightforward, but a few things are worth being clear about so you never find yourself locked out at the wrong moment — like mid-match during a PSL T20.
Your login credentials are either your registered mobile number (the Pakistani number you used to sign up) or the email address linked to your account, plus your password. Either combination works — whichever you find easier to remember. Most players in Pakistan use their mobile number since it is the same one linked to their JazzCash or Easypaisa payment account.
Which number to use: If you registered with your 03xx mobile number, use that at login — not a WhatsApp number or alternate contact. The system checks against your original registration details.
Your password was created by you at the time of registration. If you did not write it down and cannot remember it, the fastest route is the Forgot Password option on the login page — it sends a reset OTP or link to your registered number or email within a few minutes. The process is entirely self-service and does not require contacting support unless you have also lost access to your phone number or email account.
If your account has been inactive for a long period, you may be asked to re-verify your identity before full access is restored. This is standard practice for security purposes and typically involves confirming details associated with your original registration.
Never share your login: 788wan support staff will never ask for your password in a chat or email. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 788wan and asks for your password or OTP, do not provide it. Report the contact to the real support team immediately.
Keeping Your Account Safe After Login
Logging in securely is the first step — keeping your account secure after that is equally important, especially since your PKR balance and personal payment details are connected to your account.
- Use a unique password: Avoid using a password you use for other apps — if that app is ever compromised, a shared password puts your 788wan account at risk too.
- Log out on shared devices: If you ever access 788wan from a shared phone, internet café or someone else's device, make sure to log out fully when you are done. Do not tick "keep me signed in" on a device that is not yours.
- Check for the padlock: Before entering your login details, confirm the site URL is 788wan.win and there is a padlock icon in your browser's address bar, indicating a secure connection.
- Update your password periodically: Changing your password every few months is a simple habit that significantly reduces account security risk over time.
- Keep your mobile number current: Since OTP verification and password recovery use your registered mobile number, make sure it stays active and linked to your account. Update support if your number changes.
Responsible gaming reminder: Once you are logged in, you can set or check your deposit limit at any time in Account Settings. If you want to take a break, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion can also be activated from there or by contacting support. Details are on our
Responsible Gaming page.
If you have not played on 788wan before and arrived on this page by mistake, you can create a free account on the Register page. Registration takes under two minutes and you can deposit in PKR from your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet straight after.
