788wan Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

To register and use the 788wan platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 788wan is an adults-only platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local laws that govern your individual circumstances.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

788wan reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If proof is not provided within a reasonable time frame, or if it shows the player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by underage users will be returned and any winnings will be voided in full.

When you register a 788wan account you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification checks.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 788wan. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option — do not create a new account. • Attempting to register with false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account sharing with another person is not permitted.

All financial transactions on 788wan are conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet methods available in Pakistan. Own payment methods only: You may only deposit using payment accounts that are registered in your own name — the same legal name as your 788wan account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances and may result in the deposit being returned and the account reviewed.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your 788wan account once payment is confirmed by the provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash or Easypaisa typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank and time of day. 788wan is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. 788wan reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

788wan does not charge fees on deposits from its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside 788wan's control and responsibility.

788wan offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions timed around events like PSL and T20 tournaments. All promotional offers are governed by specific terms that are displayed when you opt in.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier — for example, 10x or 20x the bonus amount — is clearly stated on each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses are credited to your account after opting in and meeting the deposit requirement of the promotion.
• Each promotion has an expiry date; unused bonus funds are removed when the offer expires.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts or through fraudulent means will be voided.

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on 788wan, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. For sports betting, including Cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, Football and Esports markets, bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body or competition organisers.

Void bets: A bet may be voided in specific circumstances, including but not limited to: an event being abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period, a clear pricing error, technical issues that affected the bet being placed correctly, or results that cannot be officially confirmed. In such cases the staked amount is returned to the player's balance.

Casino and slots: All casino games, slots, live casino tables and other game products available on 788wan are provided by third-party game developers. Each game has its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage which is displayed in the game's information section. 788wan does not manipulate game outcomes — results are determined by certified random number generators.

• Bets placed in error by the player are the player's responsibility.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are shown before confirmation.
• 788wan reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per event, per day or per account.
• In-play betting is subject to the odds available at the exact time the bet is confirmed by the system.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 788wan platform and will result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account for any purpose.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gaming activity.
• Any behaviour intended to defraud 788wan or other players on the platform.

788wan monitors accounts continuously for patterns indicative of prohibited conduct. If an investigation is ongoing, the relevant account and its balance may be temporarily frozen until the investigation is resolved. 788wan cooperates with relevant authorities when legally required to do so.

If a balance remains in a closing account, it will be returned to the player via their verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and any outstanding wagering requirements being assessed.

• Accounts closed due to Terms breaches may have balances forfeited.
• Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• 788wan will provide notification of account closure where possible and appropriate.
